About Us
BACKGROUND
Running a small or medium enterprise (“SMMEs”) involves multiple challenges. One such challenge right at the beginning is setting up a sound and reliable accounting department.
Choosing a firm of accountants and auditors to attend to your accounting, auditing, consulting, and taxation requirements requires efforts and/or skills. You need to ensure that your advisors have the experience, skills, and expertise to service your business in a professional and efficient manner.

DNM is 100% black, female-owned company of Chartered Accountants, Registered Auditors and Tax Practitioners that is rated at level 1 as defined in the codes of good practice on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.

MEET THE MANAGEMENT
Pamella Marlowe CA (SA), RA: Managing Director
Independent Non-Exec. Director at Mustek
- Pamella holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from University of the Witwatersrand
- Is a qualified Chartered Accountant having completed her Articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked with clients in various industries.
- Was a Top 35 Under 35 CAs competition finalist for 2015
- After completing her Articles, she joined the International Tax department at PwC and her clients included MTN SA, Macsteel, Rand Merchant Bank, etc.
- Has a HDipTax qualification from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
- Registered Tax Practitioner with SARS.
- She is a Registered Auditor with IRBA.
- Holds a Bidvest Academy certificate as well as a Barloworld Leadership Development Programme certificate from GIBS.
- Is a member of the IoDSA.
- She has featured in the Top 40 Under 40 feature in the Destiny magazine.

- Serves as a Trustee of the Enviroserv BBOS Trust.
- Chairperson of the Resultant Finance Risk and Audit Committee.
- Non- Executive Director of the Resultant Finance Board of Directors.
- She is the Managing Director of DNM Consulting (Pty) Ltd
- Is the facilitator of DNM Consulting Financial Workshops, which are focused on providing financial literacy to the business owners.
- Also held various senior financial positions within the Motor Industry which included:
– Franchise Financial Director -BMW Franchise at Bidvest McCarthy;
– Senior Financial Manager- Barloworld Motor Retail Head Office;
– Franchise Financial Manager- Gauteng VW Franchise at Barloworld Motor Retail
– CFO- RO Metrics, a subsidiary of Barloworld SA- Land Rover N4 Witbank.

She is the Managing Director of DNM Consulting (Pty) Ltd, an Accounting, Tax, and Business Advisory Consulting company, with a focus in providing quality and credible financial records and business support to Small and Medium Enterprises.
She is a facilitator of DNM Consulting Financial Workshops, which are focused on providing financial literacy to the business owners.
